China steel scrap prices rise, mood improves

After three weeks of declines, domestic steel scrap prices across China showed signs of recovering over May 27-June 2, reversing up by Yuan 18/tonne ($2.7/t) on week to Yuan 3,766.9/t on delivery and including the 13% VAT.
