Japan's major machinery orders from domestic buyers other than shipbuilders and power equipment makers over the July-September quarter are estimated to decline 1.8% in value to about Yen 2.74 trillion ($20.31 billion), according to the forecast released by Japanese government's Cabinet Office on August 17.
